At Luminary, we meet clients where they are. Our goal is to facilitate real conversations about real issues between real people to surface unconscious beliefs, self-limiting narratives and uproot and replace unhelpful habits. We start where our clients are to help them:

  • cultivate conditions for courage, vulnerability, empathy, boundary-setting, and truth-telling through self-reflection, dialogue, and experimentation.

  • see and manage biases and polarities that are putting stress on the systems (human and otherwise) and help them grow their internal ability to navigate complexity.

  • define their unique vision and address underlying roadblocks so they can deliver lasting value and create cultures of clarity, congruence, and connection.

We believe two important truths: 1) You can't solve a problem from the same consciousness from which it was created and 2) We own our problems, but we also own the solutions to our problems.

leadership coaching and evolution

We play in the interstitial spaces of leadership by examining the real work of showing up, setting culture, and cultivating conditions for others to thrive and shine by:

  1. Co-designing real-time reflection, experiments, feedback loops, mindfulness, and behavioral practices to help shift old habits in order to make meaningful and lasting changes in how clients lead, live and work. We help people see and embrace more of their humanity.

  2. Working with leaders (at all levels) and their teams to help them better understand and navigate the complexity they find themselves in. This often requires untangling technical solutions from adaptive challenges and addressing habitual kinks in thinking and belief systems. We help leaders grow into servant leaders who can harness the power of their teams and shift age-old patterns that limit their own and other’s potential.

  3. Offering our deep experience as think tank, sounding board and advisor to help new to leadership at all levels and/or HR partners thrive.

At Luminary, we geek out on helping leaders design dynamic, high engagement and action oriented workshops to shift the hearts and mindsets of their teams. We listen deeply to help clarify the vision, purpose and goals of your organization and to design each work-session to move you and your people closer. We have a lot of road tested tools and practices to offer to ensure participants have meaningful experiences, transformative conversations and new and effective approaches to meet old challenges.
